In addition to our highly effective group classes, we also offer private training for individuals and for couples. Private training allows you 100% individualized attention from certified trainers and fitness experts. This is an excellent option if you are just starting out and/or have injuries or limitations. Many of our clients with prior injuries or more than average limitations start out with private training and eventually transition to our classes once they are ready.
On the other end of the spectrum are clients who are highly fit and working to achieve a specific goal, such as marathons or body building events, or simply wanting to reach the next level faster. We can work with you to adjust your nutrition, supplementation and to fine tune your workouts to get the results you want to achieve.
